Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and order details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Costs

If free shipping is available for your order, this will be clearly shown during checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Check all possible delivery locations, such as porch, reception, side gate, or safe place.

  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
