Return Shipping & Fees
Return Cost: Return shipping is free when using our provided prepaid return label.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned products.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@oramo.shop with your order number and clear photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including free return shipping where applicable.
